Comprehensive operational plan of an entire university's "homecoming week" collaboratively-designed by a team of young professionals at the 2017 NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar. This was presented to a group of NCAA executives and nationally-established athletics employees. Project proved that young colleagues who have never met before can unify to create something innovative, functional, and realistic in a minimal amount of time within a nationally-prestigious context.
